Dining Disappointments Marred Bliss
We enjoyed the stunning beach and the delightful spa services that rejuvenated our spirits. The team was genuinely friendly, making our stay feel special and memorable.
However, planning dinner was a nightmare. Too often, we found restaurants fully booked—despite plenty of open tables. Many staff lacked urgency in addressing concerns, especially with allergies.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for younger children to keep them entertained.

Staying in a Junior Suite was a highlight with stunning amenities and a large bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and the exceptional menu at the upscale A La Carte restaurants. The service was friendly, with the staff eager to cater to our needs, although some delays were noted which added to the laid-back ambiance. The beach access and available loungers were great, yet finding a quieter spot became a bit challenging with larger crowds at times. Overall, it was a memorable getaway where relaxation met excellent hospitality.

great location with beautiful amenities
The beach area is inviting, with soft sand and clear water! The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a lovely view of the lush gardens. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied our family's tastes.
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was inconsistent, making it difficult to connect at times.

Great Stay with Some Dining Challenges
Our group enjoyed the beautiful Tropical Junior Suite for 6 nights. The early breakfast option was convenient, but the limited choices were disappointing. Make reservations for restaurants ahead of time! While the Italian dining experience fell short, the overall ambiance and attentive staff made our stay memorable.

Stunning location with exceptional service
I loved the pristine beach and the beautifully maintained gardens during our 9 nights stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the Indian restaurant, which was a standout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed the complimentary water activities available at the boat house. One downside was that we faced some confusion regarding room service. it would be better to book directly to avoid misunderstandings.
